​​How to make protein and fiber rich Paneer Fried Rice​

Craving for a delicious dinner? Then try this simple and super healthy Paneer Fried rice recipe, which loaded with the goodness of fiber and protein. This simple meal makes for a hearty and wholesome meal.

​​Ingredients​

1 cup basmati rice, 200 gm paneer, 1 cup mixed vegetables,1 large onion, 2-3 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger, 2-3 green chilies, 2-3 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar,1 tsp red chili sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, 2-3 green onions, chopped fresh coriander leaves.

​​Step 1​

To begin with this easy recipe, then wash rice thoroughly.

Once done, cook rice and drain the excess water, keep aside. Meanwhile, wash and chop veggies.

Take a pan and add in oil, add the paneer cubes and sauté them until they turn light golden brown. Remove the paneer from the pan and set it aside.

Next, add the remaining oil followed by minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute or until fragrant. Add the finely chopped onions and cook until they become translucent.

Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables, soy sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir everything together.

Finally, add the sautéed paneer cubes and mix gently.Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh coriander leaves.
