Planning to throw a party for your kids to celebrate Halloween? Then , here’s a quick, easy yet healthy recipe, which you can prepare in just a few minutes and surprise your little guests with a fun and spooky twist. So, follow us through this simple Halloween Sandwich recipe and enjoy!

​​Ingredients​

6 bread slices, 3 lettuce, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 avocado, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, 4 eggs, salt, pepper as per taste, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 3-4 cheese slices.

​​Step 1​

To begin with this easy recipe, wash the avocados, lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes.

​​Step 2​

Take the lettuce leaves and soak in water. Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes into equal halves.

Next, take the avocado and scoop out the flesh and mash it nicely. To this add in salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes and whisk it well.

Heat a pan and grease it with oil, crack open eggs carefully by placing molds and make egg coins.

Toast the bread and layer them with butter.

Assemble the sandwich, layer it with lettuce leaves, avocado mash spread, place the egg coins in the form of eyes.
